As a Head of Marketing you will be responsible for making the market aware of the business. You will possess keen leadership and organisational skills, a sharp and creative mind, and a successful track record of attracting b2c and b2b clients. You will demonstrate commercial acumen and drive change whilst also tracking the various successes and failures so as to better adjust the marketing strategy for our target market.

- Guidance for communications & PR - Internal & External
- Guidance for Social Media & Website team
- Reporting to senior management
- New Market Development - Exploration, Execution
- Collaborate with all other departments and senior stakeholders
What you will ideally have:
- Strong marketing experience, ideally with Fintechs in UK
- Commercially successful background, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Expertise in both b2b and b2c marketing environments, with experience in digital marketing
- Experience in launching, running, and measuring campaigns
- Knowledge of analytics and CRM tools, such as Hubspot, Google analytics, and others
- Experience in building and leading teams, and managing contractors
- 7+ years of experience, some of it in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in driving brand awareness
- Islamic banking experience would be considered a bonus
