Hold introductory meeting with client to agree brief, discuss reasons and background for the hiring, ideal candidate profile and target markets/ institutions.
Systematically approach candidates from all relevant market participants on a no names basis, consistently profiling their current roles in detail, work history and motivations. Produce a long list of candidates based on the agreed criteria.
Review profiles with clients and agree preferred list of candidates. Conduct more in-depth first-stage interviews to assess suitability; covering skills, experience, productivity, suitability for the clients business and team and compensation.
Manage the short listed candidates through interviews until a preferred individual emerges from the process.
Consistently working with both the client and candidate to agree an appropriate package and manage the critical resignation process. We remain close to the candidate during any period of leave through to the start date and beyond.
