Description

We are working with a fast growing digital bank who are seeking to expand their product range and scale the business' presence within their target market.

The Marketing Manager is pivotal, as you will be supporting the Head of Growth and Marketing Director in executing campaigns, driving customer numbers, and providing valuable insights.

As a Marketing Manager, you will possess keen organisational, creative, and communicational skills, as well as a successful track record of executing digital marketing campaigns.

You will demonstrate commercial acumen and drive change whilst also tracking the various successes and failures so as to better adjust the marketing strategy for our target market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer acquisition & retention
  • Campaign execution and analysis
  • Management of Social Media & Website
  • Monthly marketing reports
  • Research
  • Collaborating with all other departments

What you will ideally have:

  • Strong marketing background
  • Expertise in digital marketing and relevant tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of analytics and CRM, such as Hubspot, Google analytics, and others
  • Relations with contractors and strategic partners
  • Measuring campaign success / failure
  • 4+ years of experience, some of it in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing User stories in-App
