The Market Talent Office Move

We’re thrilled to finally announce that we’ve moved to the 225-metre-tall skyscraper, The Leadenhall Building in central London.

We’ve well and truly outgrown our previous offices, as we felt a sharp shift in market sentiment after getting back to normal. We needed something more convenient and more scalable, so the office move marks a new era for Market Talent as we continue to provide stellar recruitment solutions in central London and beyond.

Our previous location served us incredibly well during some extreme market conditions – we made some brilliant memories and it helped us adapt in many ways to the new ‘norm’! But, the new office is considerably larger and gives us a greatly enhanced working space – we can’t be happier to have finally moved into our shiny new offices and begin a new chapter.

Our Office Relocation

Our MD, Ryan Kaye, says,

“It’s the right time to be where our marketplace is situated – in the central city. We very much missed the interaction that we’d typically had pre-pandemic, as that in itself brought its own set of unique challenges.

“We want to now make that shift back to having more interaction with our candidates and clients – and being located at The Leadenhall Building is the perfect location for that to happen.

“We intend to grow substantially, and the location gives us the space to do just that – plus having access to the talent pool that the city brings.

“We’re slowly settling in and gradually adding in our infrastructure – we still have some small things to do to put our mark on the place, but, all-in-all, we’re unbelievably excited to be in this new space.”
