COVID19 & Trading Update from our Managing Director

The coronavirus outbreak posed uncertain challenges for Market Talent, our clients, and the recruitment sector overall. I’m pleased to say that we have overcome those challenges and have completed our restructuring process for a changing marketplace. We remain fully committed to working closely with our clients to support them in their restructuring projects, urgent mandates and their business objectives.

We firmly believe that hiring the right talent is critical for the growth of all businesses, even more so in these circumstances. One of the biggest transitions we have seen during the pandemic is virtual interviewing and a client adoption of online tools and video platforms. Thus, we have tailored our screening methods to ensure our clients are presented with high quality talent – we are even more prepared for post COVID19 and the changing global marketplace. We continue to follow the Government advice and are taking every precaution to ensure that the health and safety of our clients, candidates and our own people are absolutely paramount.
