Description

Prestigious Asset Manager and fund manager are seeking a seasoned EA profile to support the wider team of EA's. You will be experienced in managing a team and not just a 1:1 type role - this would see you supporting a team of underwriters with the support of other well experienced EA's. To support team of individuals ranging across MD to Associate level.

Hours: 9.30 – 6.30

Excellent Diary Management
Schedule complex travel itineraries for overseas business trips – flights, accommodation, cars, currency, visa’s, documentation, ensuring adherence to Cross Border business travel regulations
Organising external and internal meeting requests –conference calls, room bookings, documentation and catering
Inputting of expenses for team and pre-approval of expenses ensuring adherence to firm policies.
Be the first point of contact for the MD when out of the office.
Liaise with other offices in Europe and US to fit with their time zone
Monitor the MD's meeting requests and deal with email correspondence.
Screen all telephone calls, dealing with any requests for information on the MD's behalf where required.
Maintain filing system electronically and in Outlook folders.
Work closely with all EA’s to support business requirements / holiday cover and any additional support – as required
Assist with personal bookings
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and cope with multiple demands
A first class team player able to build relationships quickly
Utmost discretion when dealing with confidential / Privileged information
