Description

We are working with the CRO of an International Bank based in London who offers specialise in Buy-to-let commercial lending. The CRO is requiring a PMO/PM with a strong track record on delivering project target to assist him in implementing and enhancing the Bank's Credit Risk framework. Please note this is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract for the duration of the project.

Job purpose:

  • To improve Credit risk framework and documentation including stress testing, risk appetite and documentation
  • To assist Head of Credit with the new Risk Rating Model implementation
  • To review Credit policies and contribute to evaluation or critical processes to align with business model, regulatory requirements and group credit policies

We are looking for:

A consultant/ auditor/ credit risk specialist/ PMO/ Project Manager who has worked in the UK property lending market.

  • Have understanding of IFRS9
  • Have analytical capabilities and understanding of credit risk in lending to SMEs
  • Have understanding and experience of buy to let mortgage lending in the UK, regulatory requirements and understanding of market practices
  • Is expected to develop an in depth understanding of the current credit risk policies / credit risk framework / processes with a view to improvement and documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation and analytics to support / improve business model improvement - Knowledge of EBA guidelines - Project management experience and relevant qualification will be preferred (not mandatory)
