Our prestigious private bank is seeking a number of Officer's to assist their clients in day-to-day cash and currency operations as well as other duties listed below. The role is 5 days per week at the branch location in Mayfair. You must be fluent in Arabic from the GCC states / Khaleeji dialect. This role will allow you to have a thorough understanding of how the bank operates from within and even allow you to be promoted into a compliance role or even become a Private Banking Relationship Manager.

Please see below some of the duties you may be responsible for;

Responsibilities

Offering bank clients a 1st class service offering - VIPS, ultra high net worth's, royalty, oil barons, princes, sheikh's etc.
Maintaining a till in Sterling and Foreign Currency
Staff and Customer travel orders.
Encashment of cheques and counter debits drawn upon customers’ accounts held in Retail Branches in London.
The acceptance of credits whether cash or cheque to accounts held with Retail Branches in London.
Acceptance from customers to transfer requests, whether internal or external, cheque book issuance.
Purchase and Sale of Foreign Currency notes and Travelers’ Cheques.
Input of the above to the host computer via the Teller Sub-System.
Updating information for MIS/Statistical Reporting.
Helping with all telephone queries and problem solving
ATM replenishment when required
