We are currently recruiting for an exciting new position to work for a global commercial bank based in the City of London. They are looking to hire a professional, efficient and dedicated Secretary / Minute Taker to join them and work closely with the CRO of the bank.
- Efficient minute-taking in Board meetings
- Writing up minutes and following up on action points
- Arrange meetings and create board packs.
- Clear and accurate typing up of all letters, memos, reports and similar documents from shorthand notes
- Saving and archiving, where necessary, all documents in the company database
- Implementing and maintaining an office filing system
- Updating and writing up policies, procedures and general governance.
- Ideally speak Urdu OR Hindi
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word
- Works well under pressure
- Immerse themselves into a cultural environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Eye for detail
- Understands the importance of discretion
