Our client, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to build the portfolio in the UK, EMEA and beyond. The focus of this role will be to be an outstanding business developer and facilitate our growth in the global markets, through the acquisition of new merchants. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a autonomous, revenue contributor capacity with a product that knocks its competitors out of the park. If you are a Sales professional with a background in digital payments or merchant acquiring, then we'll offer you a strong base salary and an awesome commission scheme of 10% of net revenue, and that's uncapped too.

Our client is a full PAYFAC service provider and will become an acquirer itself within 2 years. It offers the full payments stack - gateway, risk management, processing, acquiring and settlement - even enhances conversion rate success.

Managing multiple PSPs and proprietary payment methods is no mean feat, yet larger merchants — particularly those operating in more than one geographical region — are often stuck supporting endless payment methods, resulting in poor user experience, lack of transparency, complex pricing and substantial technical overhead. Merchants need all the help they can get when it comes to scaling payments globally, which is where our client comes in. With their tech, you can now optimise your payments ecosystem, expand into new markets, unlock new payment methods, improve authorisation rates, reduce fraud, increase conversion and reduce the operational burden.

  • You have direct experience working in a Sales role selling complex Enterprise Solutions, preferably in a Payments, PSP, acquirer, PAAS into merchants etc. if you sold to large merchants previously that's a great start.
  • You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator, and able to manage time-sensitive projects with little supervision.
  • You have excellent project management skills, an entrepreneurial track record and a proven commercial edge.
  • You have high levels of energy and thrive in hands-on environments.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You enjoy travelling to clients and executing deals.

Transparent Compensation

Base salary from £90,000 - £99,000 plus 10% uncapped commission of your net revenue - OTE Year 1 should be £200k+, typical contract value is $1mln - $10mln over 3 to 5 year contract length.
