We are currently assisting an international bank who are seeking to hire an Arabic speaking branch supervisor to oversee all areas of Counter Services covering Cash (both local and foreign currency), Account Transfers, ATM processing and Safe Deposits.
- To oversee the Counter Services team and approve and review daily, monthly and quarterly processes to ensure that all policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure proper reporting to Senior Management in accordance with the reporting standards.
- To ensure that the Bank’s Retail Credit policy relating to overdrafts is adhered to, and that proper approval lines are followed.
- To keep sound relationships with all customers and solve any disputes within the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Respond to Audit findings and implement recommendations.
- Assist branch Manager required.
- Fluent in Arabic (Khaliji dialect)
