A very exciting opportunity has arisen at an up and coming design company based in central London. The role will be primarily to provide administration support to the office manager, as well as assist the PR and design teams with any overflow work. This is an excellent opening for a recent graduate looking to gain some solid experience in the design industry.
The role will include the following tasks:
- preparing and managing the bookings of meeting rooms
- managing the bookings of IT equipment
- collating of financial reports
- formatting documents
- general administration duties
- any other adhoc duties
The role will suit a friendly and confident individual who is willing to get involved with everything going on in the office. There is no need for any formal experience, but an interest in design or the creative industry will be beneficial.
