My client is a prestigious international bank who are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join their Treasury department. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals responsible for fixed income products for corporate and institutional clients. Products include currency and interest rate forwards, options, swaps and structured products.

Develop and manage the treasury relationships with corporate and institutional clients (funds investing in EM markets like India).
To develop new client segments for currency and rate products.
Experience of using systems like Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.
Key skill sets
Good knowledge of global financial markets, proficiency in pricing of currency and interest rate forwards, options, swaps
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to understand customer needs and structure suitable currency and rate hedging products.
Good understanding of Forex, derivatives and bond markets, conversant with concepts of cash, tom, spot and derivative products like forwards, options and swaps
Sound knowledge of local and cross border regulations on fx, interest rate and bond products.
Ability to initiate discussions with clients, on boarding clients based on ISDA and other relevant documents and execute fx and derivatives deals with clients.
Ability to lead large strategic deals with large corporate/institutional clients.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills - liaising with compliance, risk, business and operations teams at various stage of deal life cycle and ensure closure.
Drive for results – finding solutions to problems despite constraints, setting priorities, setting high performance standards and the zeal to meet targets.
Educated to post graduate level with a professional degree.
Requisite experience in global financial markets, preferably in London.
Experience in managing a team.
