A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Receptionist, ideally with Arabic language skills, to join an International Bank based in the West End. Working to assist the Administration Team, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and admin support for the branch.
Duties to include:
- Reception duties (meeting and greeting visitors, operating the switchboard, taking messages and opening and distributing post)
- Overseeing daily checks
- Booking meetings in accordance to meeting room log and maintain meeting rooms to a high standard
- Ad hoc administration duties
The successful candidate will be personable and demonstrate impeccable organisational and communication skills with an excellent sense of initiative.
The candidate will have previous receptionist experience gained within a professional environment (ideally banking) and sound IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a flexible approach to work.
