Leading West End based deliverable FX company is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate sales people with experience within the sector to join this friendly and ambitious Corporate sales team. You will have at least 6 - 24 months financial products sales experience (insurance / financial markets etc.) You will possess a natural sales ability to grow with this expanding leading FCA regulated broker. 

Day 1 basic salary paid of £20,000 (with £22,000 increase after 6 months). Excellent commissions package on offer. OTE of £35,000 - £50,000

Overview

To identify and source new potential corporate clients for the business. Open dialogue with key decision makers (e.g. Managing Directors/Financial Directors), build rapport and understand their FX requirements and demonstrate how the business can meet their needs. Understand which product mix from spot, forwards, options or payment solutions would best suit.

Role Requirements

  • Sourcing quality new corporate leads
  • Source corporate organisations that deal in FX and international payments
  • Identify key FX decision makers within the organisation
  • Generate new opportunities effectively through the use of the CRM database, websites and directories
  • Prepare and structure each call to obtain a full understanding of a company’s FX requirement
  • Hitting monthly targets
  • Achieve monthly activity targets
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build a portfolio of clients with a senior member of the Sales Team
  • Obtain accurate and concise information from key decision makers
  • Identify customer needs and motivations by using fact finding techniques
  • Stimulate interest in our offer and services
  • Organise a second conversation or face to face meeting
  • Pre-empt client objections
  • Overcome objections by effectively communicating the relevant solutions
  • Maintain records of all client contact to a high standard
  • Log all prospect contact in CRM in line with company policy
  • Mark clear activities for your senior team member to follow up the leads
  • Representing the company
  • Represent the corporate division externally, including trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Demonstrate a professional phone manner

  • Demonstrable experience of working towards financial targets
  • Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority
  • Working within a multichannel environment (e.g. telephone, email, face to face)
  • Telesales/cold calling experience
