Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
My client is a well known Financial Services business. They are now looking for a HR Manager to work with one of their largest and most challenging client groups.
The purpose of the role will be to act as the essential link between the business and HR. It will be your responsibility to respond to and implement and changes within your business area that are strategically in line with business objectives. You will also take an operational focus and be the main point of call for all HR based queries that your business line has.
This is a full generalist role covering all aspects of ER, Operations, Reporting, Organisational Change, Performance and Reward and much more. Roughly broken down this is 60% operational and 40% strategic.
It is therefore essential that this person has superb communication and relationship developing skills. You will also be an experienced HR professional that has prior experience of working with large and demanding client groups. You will be degree educated with a HR focus and ideally be CIPD qualified. Most importantly you will have stable and solid experience of working in a large, multi-national business with a complex reporting structure.
