Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing mortgage lender, is seeking a Mortgage Completions Officer to join their team. This role requires travel to their Birmingham office just twice a month. If you have a passion for property finance and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire mortgage process from application submission to loan completion.
Liaise with solicitors, intermediaries, and third parties to ensure due diligence and compliance with the firm’s risk policies.
Manage and review offer and completion pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
Handle legal correspondence, responding to queries or referring to underwriters and valuers as necessary.
Maintain high standards of customer service and meet service level agreements.
Assess mortgage applications and prepare detailed risk analyses.
Review and analyse all documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
