We are working with an International Commercial Bank who are seeking a Credit Administration to join a team in supporting of the loan documentation process on a 6 months FTC. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Prepare in house term sheet, facility letter, addendum in a timely manner following credit approval.
- Solicit fee quotes from valuer and solicitors on panel.
- Pro-actively follow up with business the return of signed term sheet, facility letter, addendum and required commitment fee.
- Coordinate the appointment of solicitors and valuers as chosen by client.
- Review valuation report.
- Follow up with solicitors until the legal conveyancing is completed and required documentation are executed in order as per bank’s prevailing requirement. Ensuring all Condition Presidents are satisfied. Oversee queries raised by panel solicitors and valuers, resolving issues and/or referring them to the appropriate department.
- Review and assess Report on title and valuation report, identifying key risks, recommending possible mitigation.
- Carry out the disbursement processes and booking of loan limit and collateral in system.
- Liaison with Business, Operations, Credit Approval and Remedial Management as appropriate.
- Follow up on any condition subsequent.
- Maintain filing system and assist in the maintenance of data bases used by the team.
- Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) where applicable
- Participate in instructing Bank’s valuers to conduct valuation reviews on properties that are to be revalued and reviewing all reports and raising issues with relevant RM’s.
Skills and Requirements
- Credit Administration & process experience with Buy to Let (residential and commercial) & SME banking product knowledge.
- Knowledge in Islamic lending.
